DEACON JEFF KIDD
Worship Service Ministry (Jeff Kidd) – Direct the planning, coordination, operation, and evaluation of the worship services.  Coordinate the worship services and select brethren to participate.  Assist the Minister in planning all congregational services of the church.

New Members Ministry (John H. Dansby) – Provide for and conduct a session with all new members immediately following each service.  Keep new members picture board up-to-date.  Visit in the home of each new member by appointment.  Secure all information from the new member such as profile sheet, pledge card, etc. and channel it to the office for disposition.  Keep information for new members packet up-to-date and be sure all materials are available.

Visitation Secretary – (John Dansby, Willing Workers) Call all newcomers on the list.  Give them a warm welcome to the church.  Receive information about all prospects for the church.  Maintain prospect visitation files for Sunday School.

Home Church Ministry/Communion (Jeff Kidd) – Supervise the administering of the Communion to the sick and shut-in.  Additionally, solicit volunteers to conduct “Home Church” services to include all five items of worship.

Nursing Home Ministry (John Eric Patterson) – This ministry team performs a visit to a local nursing home monthly where both members and non-members are located and minister the good news of Jesus Christ. Whether it be in word, song, or just spending some quality time talking to the residents, our mission is to show the love of God to those who are lonely, hurting, and unable to attend church on their own.
